Sky store purchased preorder problem

I preordered ghost busters afterlife hd/blu ray ! The jd was supposed to be available on 10th Jan 2022 ! However even though it says purchased and I've had email when I go to play it all it says is about what I've preordered and the dates ie 10th Jan and Blu-ray release 31st jan2022 ??

I bought the same as you.  On mine (bought about 5 days ago) the message was to expect the Bluray before Feb 10th

 

There have definitely been date changes regarding the download but mine (the bonus edition) downloaded fine on my Sky Q box about 2 days ago and plays fine 

 

I would suggest deleting your download. Then go to your deleted items (under recordings / manage in Sky Q) and delete it again out of there 

 

then download it again - hopefully a fresh working copy 

 

on my Sky Q it shows a folder of the main feature and 4 or 5 extras. Do you have the same ?
