I purchased a Box Set yesterday (Justified 1-6) and a movie (Butterfly effect). I have selected "Send to Sky Box" multiple times over the last 24 hours and it says "Request Sent" but they aren't appearing on the purchases in on my Sky Box. I have tried switching my Sky Box off at the mains etc but no luck...please help as I really don't want to watch them on my phone!

Although @caesarome advice is probably the answer here - have you tried logging out of your Sky store account online and logging back in
Also - do check that your Skystore account is associated with your Sky TV account in the online settings
I love Butterfy Effect and will now watch it this weekend. Hope you get to be able to also.

Thanks for the help guys....I was online chat with Sky for nearly an hour and a half and they couldn't fix it, they said my online account wasn't working properly and I need to open a new one! So I repurchased the movie and the box set on my skyQ box and they have credited me 🙂
I saw the Butterfly Effect about 20 years ago so looking forward to a rewatch! Enjoy

I bought Ghostbusters Afterlife today on my phone using credit and sent it to my Sky box
It didn't appear in recordings / purchases
When however I navigated to the movie on Skystore on my box - my box knew I'd purchased it and allowed me to download it on my box.
I wonder if it would have let you do that with yours (or did you try it ?)
