Ordered Meg 2 but cany watch it

I ordered Meg2 last night off Sky Store,  by mistake I ordered the UHD version.  When I try to watch it is tells me I dont have a UHD TV (which I dont).  

I try to download the noral HD version and I get an error message.

Anybody know what I can do?

Was this a rental ? 

If so all you need to do is delete it, then go to your deleted folder (in recordings / manage) then delete it again out of there. 

Then you should be able to rent the HD.  You shouldn't be charged for the UHD (as you haven't started to watch it )

If it was a buy and keep- you need to chat with the Skystore team (open in 1 minute)

I will delete it when I get home and give it another go.
