Can’t login to Sky Store on LG TV

I get the following message...

"There is an issue with the login, Please check your details and try again"

...when I try to sign into the Sky Store on my LG TV. 

Everything is up to date, I have reset my LG tv twice, and reinstalled the Sky Store app countless times. 

Hoping someone has managed to solve this problem.

Which LG TV model do you have?

I actually had an old chromecast dongle in a drawer, so can now cast Sky Store from my phone, so have given up on the problem. Thank you for your support in any case.
