Not sure if this is a billing issue or Store issue

Hi I've recently re contracted to Sky on a 18 month period my old deal was running out some times I'm little late paying my bill on time but always end up paying it my issue is that my account is showing a problem with my re contract? It shows that it's done but says there's a problem with it at same time ?? and yesterday I tried buying the new Spider-Man: No way home film but sky store says I have insufficient credit to buy this film how do I sort this out

This is something we hear of often on the forum 

 

it's usually not because the customer has done anything wrong - but for whatever reason your purchase limit has become set or reset to £0 (we think it's to stop people building up a lot of extras without prior agreement)

 

A livechat with the Skystore team
