This is something we hear of often on the forum
it's usually not because the customer has done anything wrong - but for whatever reason your purchase limit has become set or reset to £0 (we think it's to stop people building up a lot of extras without prior agreement)
A livechat with the Skystore team
should fix it. They are open now and till 7.30pm. Then open again tomorrow at 11am
