I did not authorise a movie purchase on my sky account how can I cancel it?

If it's a rental made on a Sky box and you haven't viewed any of it - then that's not a problem as you won't be charged.
If it's a buy and keep or a purchase made online / on the app then you need to contact the Skystore team. They will probably ask you who bought the movie as for a buy and keep on your box, they must have known your PIN
