Retaining buy and keep when cancelling

I have just cancelled my sky packeage and want to know how I can keep my buy and keep purchases that were never delivered as a DVD and only downloaded to my sky account. Can anyone help with this?

You will need to get in touch with Sky Store support about this so they can change your account to a Sky only one, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

The one thing to point out is that you will only be able to use Sky Store apps on tablets and phones and the inbuilt one on a LG TV as well as the Sky Store website.

It's a shame the app is only available on such limited range of devices.
