We were watching the new bond film 'no time to die' on skystore and got half way through and it stopped playing. Now can't access it at all and doesn't show on skystore. Has anyone else had this issue? Really frustrating...

You must still be within your 48 hours
Try to find it by voice search or magnifying glass search. If you find it and it won't play - delete it then delete it from your deleted items
then download it again - quickly - as you only have 48 hours from when you first pressed play
