Rented out a movie and no subtitles? Does this apply to all rented out movies?

For a long time there has been been a "useful information " line in the Skystore terms and conditions saying 

 

"Do any movies or TV shows include subtitles?

We don't currently offer subtitles on Sky Store, but we're working on it."
