I want to buy a movie (Sky store premier) and message on screen says - There is insufficient credit left on your viewing card.
Press the yellow button for more info but that just advises you to go to sky.com
What do I do?

The conversation no longer needs to continue. The specific film we selected is not available to download. The info that Sky gave when we attempted purchase was misleading. (The message about not being downloadable was within the description of film).
So thanks Sky for wasting an hour of my evening. I really wish you would set up some phone lines.
