Movie purchase

Hi My bill is up to date. But I can't purchase any more movies. Any ideas?

It's a common thing we see here on the forum @Grace- 

 

Usually - nothing to do with the customer doing anything wrong - just needs you and the Skystore support team to agree a credit limit on your account for purchases. 

if you are quick they should be there till 7.30pm tonight.
