I have left Sky, but had a few purchases, which are no longer showing (Les Mis: The Staged Concert being one of them, and is still available to purchase on Sky Store)
I emailed the help email address to query this on the 16th, got confirmation they would reply within 48 hours and still waiting. Are they behind on queries or are they ingnoring me!
Would like all my purchased films back. If I buy something, it is usually mine to keep not to be removed.!
