My free movie is still showing on my app on my phone but when I go into the sky store my free movie is not there it's not supposed to expire until 18th feb

Are you on Sky Q ?
If you rented it (free) on your phone then you won't be able to view that rental on your Sky Q box.
to view on Sky Q you need to rent it (for free) on Sky Q. Will it allow you to do that now ?

Did you ever get it? I saw it offered on the Sky app for free, went to get it on the Sky Q box and it was there for £0 but I couldn't get it because apparently I had zero credit left and can't purchase anything, I don't know what that was all about as I only ever have the free movies and the movies was free. I just give up with Sky.
