I am trying to view a film bought from sky store on my LG TV but error message says
You've reached your device limit, you can watch on one of your registered devices. Your next change is available on 1 Apr 2025. Manage your devices in My Account.
However My Account shows one of my devices to be my LG TV

It does sound like the Sky system has not recognised your LG as the same one as you have registered.
It might be worth trying a Power off / power on reboot of your LG but other than that I'd suggest a live chat (open next at Monday 11am ) with the Skystore support team to explain and to ask them if they can arrange an "extra" device change
