Kung fu panda boxset purchased but can't watch code 0805

I've purchased kung-fu panda box set on sky store, but for the past 2 days all I get when I try to watch any of them all I get is ' your selection is unavailable at the moment. Please try again code(0805)'

Any suggestions??

Have tried to watch it through my phone on the Sky store app as well but get the same message

Pretty much all you can do about this is to get in touch with Sky Store support, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
