I rented Sing 2 and it said i should have it for 3weeks but didnt even get 1week! Anyone experience this?

Find out moreUnless something has changed recently you don't usually get to keep a rental films for 3 weeks as you have just the one to start watching it and from the very second that you do this then changes to 48 hours to watch it as many times as you want.

As @caesarome explains, once you start viewing you have 48 hours to finish - (if renting from your Sky box) as he explains- you have a week to start viewing
When you mention 3 weeks I'm wondering if you may have rented this online ?
it's possible you may have misread the terms shown for online renting for this movie which says
"Start playing within 30 days, finish watching in 48 hours."
it may still be worth you trying a livechat with the Skystore team (opens at 11am tomorrow) to explain what happened and to see if they are willing to offer you another rental

if my guess is right - I would mention also that you can't "send to box" from an online rental. You would need a recent LG TV with built in Skystore to view a premiere rental on a TV

Rented a move - didn't watch the movie the first night fully - next night the rental had disappeared. Could not even purchase it again.
This happened me twice in the last 2 weeks.

Rented movies which disappear 48 hours after first play is expected behaviour - but disappearing the next night is very odd.
What device are you viewing on / renting on ?
twice in the last 2 weeks is incredibly unusual in my experience.
Usually to resolve such matters the best option is to try a live chat with the Skystore team (open now and until 7.30pm)
