Jurassic World Rebirth

I pre oredered Jurassic World Rebirth and its released today.  I planned to have a movie night but it still sits as pre ordered and not to watch

This does appear to happen from time to time so you might want to get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

Have not received pre ordered movie

I preordered Jurassic world rebirth last week and have not received it. When I look in purchased it's not there and when I go back to the sky store to try and download it just gives me option to buy it.
