Missing movie purchase

I recently pre ordered the last mission impossible movie and my free dead reckoning movie Is missing?

Searched my library in store and on my box and nope not there. 

Any help???

What Sky device are you using @willscorb 

If Sky Q,,  any Skystore movies should be in your Sky Q menu under recordings/ purchases 

What made it free ? Was there a special offer for you ?

Hi it's not in my purchases.

When I pre ordered it specified dead reckoning was free with it.

Hi @willscorb 

My guess is that Sky won't give you Dead Reckoning until Final Reckoning is released. 

They won't charge you until release day, so maybe they are scared that people would get a free Dead Reckoning and then just cancel the pre order for Final Reckoning

If it helps @willscorb if you have access to Netflix they have now put Dead Reckoning on there for free. In 4K as well.

Hi just downloaded the final reckoning and then went back to sky store and downloaded dead reckoning for free

If you have pre ordered the last mission impossible movie with part one guaranteed free. Go back into sky store look for MI dead reckoning and when you do it will show £0.00 price download it and movie is yours.
