Jurassic World Doninoin purchased but now not available?

I purchased this film and got halfway through it but now it's not available? 
Any idea why?

If you rented this film then omce you have started to watch it you have 48 hours to finish watching it before it is removed and you would then have to rent it again.

No I actually purchased the film,  there wasn't an option to rent it.

When you say it isn't available, what do you mean, what is happening ?

It just says this program is no longer available.

Odd, can you go to your purchases and download it again ?

I can't see how to re download the film, where would I go to do this?

What Sky box or device are you using ?

I have a Skyq box 

I can see it is there and it has options like archive, watch from start and lock but nothing happens

If you have the option to archive it - select that option.

This takes the recording off your hard drive but leaves the title there as selectable. 

Once archived you should then

be able to download it again. 

hopefully the fresh download will work

Nothing happens when I select archive. 

None of the options do anything

Have you tried powering your Sky box off at the mains - leaving it off for at least a minute before turning back on 

then trying again to play or archive
