Insufficient credit on your viewing card issue.

Hi, we had to reset up our direct debit due to a banking issue but now we cant rent or buy any movies as when we do I get a nessage that says ' Insufficient credit on your viewing card ' Any idea how I we can change this or putb more credit on the viewing card.
