I was given one free movie with my sky rewards but I can’t see the option on my sky box

I was given one free movie with my sky rewards but I can’t see the option on my sky box. I've went into Sky VIP on my sky box and none of the options are for Welcome Movie like the email stated

Hi @Ntoy16   If it is a named movie then simply search for it on your Sky Q box using voice or the search button. It will take you to the Sky Store with a £0 price tag. Buy it now for free.

When logging into the Sky Store website here if these films appear as £0.00 then you can go ahead and "purchase" one:
