If you are talking about your free movie for being a new VIP - you should just be able to choose one from here if you see them priced at £0

Ye I've tried that link  but it keeps on saying your code cannot be redeemed for this option,  which was Belfast

Was it a code giving you any free movie or was it was that is supposed to only work against the film Belfast ?

 

If it is the usual Sky VIP offer then these are the only films that are part of this promotion, you will need to login to see if they show as £0.00 for you:

Check that you are signed in to your Skystore account and that your Skystore account is linked to your Sky TV account (to check - click on "My Account" and then "My Sky account"

 

other than checking those things my suggestion would be to contact the Skystore team. Livechat will open again at 11am Tuesday.

Thank you for your advise I'll take a look at my account now and contact them if not progress.  Yes the offer is open until the end of the month thanks again .
