With rented films you can only watch them on the device it was rented on, so if you rented it online then you can only view it online as you can't send the film to your Sky Q box.
If you have a LG TV you can watch it via the built in Sky Store app. If you have Chromecast you can use this to watch it via your TV, but you can't do this with the Premier rentals.
If you have a HDMI cable you can connect your laptop/PC to your TV to view it.
