Hi all.
I download a movie from sky store on Friday. When I tried to watch an message saying there is a technical issue try again later, popped up. 2 days later and still the same thing. Been trying to get through to sky for an hour now 🤦🏼♀️

The Skystore team only work till 7.30pm and I'm sure they don't offer livechat on a Sunday.
a good thing to try (assuming it's a rental) - is to delete it - then go to your deleted folder (within manage) in your recordings folder - and delete it again.
then download a fresh copy
if it's a buy and keep movie - try archiving it and then re downloading it.
