I rented Maverick but I don’t have a UHD tv

I rented the new Maverick movie but a message came up saying I must have UHD screen .. I don't .. is there any way I can watch this film I've paid for it

Hi @Joannekajo 

If you don't have a UHD TV then it follows - you can't have started to watch the rental 

the good news is that you only get charged for a rental on your Sky box when you start to watch it 

so all you have to do is delete it

then go to your deleted items and delete it again from there - you should not be charged for the UHD rental 

then re rent it in HD 

Just keep an eye on your bill to double check - but you should be fine.
