I received £50 Audi sky store voucher and just rented a film but it’s not came off the credit

I recieved £50 sky store credit yet when I rented a movie it's not been deducted from the amount, will I be charged for this? As this is incorrect

A few questions:

Have you applied the £50 credit to your online Sky Store account ?

Did you rent the film online or via your Sky box ?
