I have purchased a movie and it’s saying due to technical issue it’s not available

Paid for a movie and cannot open it to watch saying technical issue

If it is a Buy and Keep film have you tried archiving it then downloading it again ?

 

For a rented film try deleting it (and again from the deleted folder) then download it again.
