I have just rented a movie but can not watch. I am being instructed to “select to watch” But pressing select does nothing. The film is "Bob Marley: One Love.
My screen tells me it is rented and expires on Tuesday.
I have reset both Q box and router but neither seem to work.

Did you rent it in a version suitable for your TV ?
eg - if you rented in UHD, do you have a UHD TV ?
another possibility-
If you have been able to download it, I would suggest deleting it - then go to your manage / deleted folder (in recordings) and delete it again out of there (this removes it from your hard drive )
then try to download again
