Ho, as a new customer on SKY VIP I have accepted and activated the offer of a free movie. It says to go to skystore and choose a free movie to download and keep, however all of the movies appear to carry a charge and do not display £0.00 as it says it should do. How do I rectify this and claim my free movie. I have tried using the chatbot but this has been unsuccessful.

When logging into the Sky Store website here if these films appear as £0.00 then you can go ahead and "purchase" one:
