Hi @Magu 

What device are you playing the movie through. I see WW84 is HD rather than UHD. I'm not sure what the audio format is but 

my guess is that your Sky box / TV / speaker is not at the correct audio setting for the content you are playing 

Have you tried as an experiment changing your audio format on your Sky box to "normal"
