It all depends if you chose a rental or a "buy and keep"
If a buy and keep there should be an option on your phone to "send to box"
if it was a rental - there are some ways you can watch it on your TV but only if you own the right devices
You can use a Chromecast or recent Sony / JVC TV with a built in Chromecast
or if you have a recent LG TV you can download the Skystore app on that device
or if you have a laptop or PC with an HDMI output you could plug that device in to your TV
The rules for Skystore rentals are quite restrictive

Edit : just to clarify - you can't send rentals from Skystore devices to your Sky box which is why I'm suggesting other options
