I have rented a film from sky store and cannot download due to technical difficulties. It says I have end date to watch by but cannot currently download

Will it let you delete the partial download ?
If so, do so but then also go to your recordings / manage section of your menu.
go to deleted items and delete it again out of there. Then - try to download a fresh copy.
If that's no help, try a live chat with the Skystore team - they open next tomorrow at 11am
