I can't order anything like films

I have paid my bill can u please put sort out my sky as I can't order films plz cause I want to order two films

First you need to set up an account with Sky Store to allow you to make purchases and rentals.

On the link popsted by @oldfella there is a live chat that opens at 11am tomorrow so I would use this to contact Sky Store support as they should be able to help you with this.
