How to retrieve my recordings

Had to reset my sky Q box and I'm after retrieving my recordings

Hi @Anniebetty 

It depends what sort of reset you did 

 

If a full (factory) reset then you will only be able to recover your Skystore purchases 

 

How did you reset ?
