It isn't going to be possible to do this as any Buy and Keep films they would to view via the Sky TV account has to be ordered via it. Your only option would be to order it so they can watch it on other devices like tablets and the like but I presume you do not want to do this ?
If they have a LG TV with the app you could set your account up on this and order the film, same is they have anything like Chromecast.
