How to get the code redeem the free movie

Hi could anyone tell me how to get the code to redeem the voucher for the free movie please as i can't find it anywhere and the bots don't help at all

I take it you mean the VIP promotion, if so you need to install the MySky app on a mobile device then after logging into it go to the VIP section to see if this offer appears, if it doesn't then it might take a few days to appear.

Hi I have downloaded the my sky app and I've had it since November and not got anything on an email or anything. Thanks for  answering me though
