How do I retrieve my recorded items after receiving a replacement viewing card?

I've had to have my viewing card replaced, I received it today but all of the movies I'd purchased aren't there. Is there any way of getting them back at all please?

Purchases are linked to your account and shouldn't have disappeared for a card swap.

 

Check the purchased section of download to see if they're there.  If not, you'll have to call Sky.

If the are not in your purchases section then see if they are available when you login here:

If they are you should be able to send them to youyr Sky Q box one by one. If they are not there either then I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
