One life film is bery good but downloads and cuts off at 114 minutes of 150 minute movie . Roght at a good bit 😔 I paid for the film and i cant watch it all. What can i do to fix it?

i'm assuming here you are on Sky Q ?

Slightly different depending on if it's a rental or a buy and keep 

If it's a rental and you are still within 48 hours of when you first watched, delete the movie then go to your recordings / manage / deleted items and delete it again out of there 

Then download it again and you should get a fresh and complete copy. 

If it's a buy and keep, archive it then download it again. 

in both cases make sure you download the same format and that you aren't being charged again.
