Hi there,
I just wanted to confirm that City of God is native Portuguese with hardcoded English subtitles.
I noticed that the programme synopsis didn’t mention the native language. Sometimes this information is included, other times it isn’t. However, if English subtitles are available, this should always be clearly indicated. In this case, the subtitles weren’t highlighted in the main synopsis, so the issue was raised with the support team, who appear to have resolved it.
Thanks,

Best I can suggest is to try a livechat with the Skystore support team (open till 7.30pm)
you will have to do a bit of work to get past the chatbot to reach a person
