Hello I’ve accidentally rented a Movie ‘Operation Mincemeat’ on Sky Store in Ultra HD. Currently my TV does not support Ultra HD. Is there anyway I can be reimbursed the cost of this and purchase same on HD? Thanking you in advance of reply.

Hi @evanalexcostello

For a rental like this - all you have to do is delete the rental. Then go to your deleted items - then delete it again out of there. You won't be charged as you haven't started to view it.

then just re rent it in HD. You'll only be charged for the HD rental
