When I try to claim my reward,...The Batman with code , to the value of 16.99... keeps saying invalid address to send dvd... I just want digital NO dvd... have emailed numerous times no reply and offer up tomorrow??

I'm wondering @Toni1968 if it just wants you to fill out the address section here as part of the process (even though in this case there is no physical disc)

in "my account/delivery address" - top left then scroll down to the bottom (when you are logged in)

What address is shown on your account when you login to the Sky Store website, if it is wrong and you can't change it then there is a live chat available until 7.30pm tonight if you want to get in touch with Sky Store support:

Hi thanks for reply... although all info on my account was correct I deleted and entered details again and worked... thanks again
