Cannot access movies or Box sets I have purchased on Sky Store.
I feel that my time with sky after many years is coming to a close. ( I am well into the teens. Which means not much. They keep offering crap as a reward!!!) I have been treated as if I am some sort of idiot. The 48hrs thing is a total lie and positive feed back is a load of rubbish.
I have tried being patient. Being a gentleman. But to no avail. I have paid a great deal of money on films and box sets. Which I cannot access!!!
Sky take your money then give you the run around. At least Highwaymen wear masks and carry a gun!!!
I am currently looking into my rights as a consumer. As far as I know to take money for a product and not deliver what they promise is illegal. I feel I am not the only person having this problem.

Do not buy movies or box sets from Sky store
If you buy movies or box sets from Sky store. They take your money. Then tell you you cannot play them for at least a month. Then they give you the old run around. Which will take a month and even then you cannot access them. Then they say they are having a problem. That basically equates to their so called technical team being total morons who cannot count correctly how many fingers that they have on their two hands.
Being patient and polite. They see as being easy to manipulate and even then give you the old run around.
Loyalty means nothing. Money means everything.

I suspect access to digital copies of Sky Store content is a 'service' rather than a 'product': the distinction can be important with regards to consumer rights.
A 'product' would be an optical disk supplied as part of a 'Buy and Keep' purchase.
