Roku Issues

I have a Roku Express box.  Yesterday its stopped displaying thumbnails for any content.  Ive rebooted the box, soft reset the box, still the same.  ALl other apps OK.

Also content plays fine through the box.

Anyone any ideas or should I just uninstall the app and reinstall.  I cannot see how to do an cache clear for individual apps.

Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still the same, some tiles have thumbnails. Most not. Any ideas

Roku support were little to no help. They suggested deleting the cache and reinstall the app. Still the same and another user reporting the same issue. They suggested going back to the app provider as Roku only host the app. Do any of the developers read these forums who develop the app??
