Free movie

I've been offered a free movie Shazam but when I go the claim it, it reads my account isn't enabled for purchases?

This is quite a common issue so I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

oddly - even if it's a free movie - your account needs enabling by the Skystore team (livechat is usually easiest but they closed a few minutes ago- open again at 11.00am)
