Free gift

I as given a free film of my choice but my son has purchased without putting un code so I have been charged .is there any waY of cancelling tge payment and putting in tge code si I get it free

Have you pressed play on the movie? If you ordered it through SkyQ, As far as I am aware as long as you don't press play,

you don't pay.

Was it a Buy and Keep or Rental film ?
