I’ve downloaded a series of sky store by accident

I was searching for The Teacher episode 3 as it had clashed so I thought I had downloaded it but I've got something called The Teacher Seaton 1. It showing purchased. I tried to delete it as is shows the others pending and it says I won't be charged again. Whatever it is, I don't want it. It's downloaded the complete wrong programme. I'm so worried it's goi g to cost a lot. Please help as I'm a single mum and I'm so worried this was cost me money I don't have. I just want it deleted which I can't delete. Appreciate any help.

It sounds like you have in error purchased the Buy and Keep version instead of the Boxset/Catchup version so I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm each day and can be found here:
