Free gift movie

I received an email with the free gift of a movie (thank you).  However, went to redeem the voucher to purchase a movie but before I could buy I had to update my card details on my account.  I did thus step went back to purchase it told me the voucher had been redeemed but I hadn't got the film! Help as I've not had the chance to get my gift 😞

We've heard of a few of these exact experiences this week

 

The nearest we've heard of a successful resolution is where customers have got to speak to the Skystore support team, reached a person and have been offered a replacement movie 

 

They open at 11am tomorrow and I can't think of anything better than you trying that approach. Hope you get though and that they are helpful
