free sky movie on email sent to me

i have an email saying i have a free sky movie due to technical problems but cant see the tile saying my free movie

Go to your TV SkyQ menu - Skystore - then either top picks or featured and look through for this tile

Don't worry, your not missing much.   All the options are already available for free anyway.    

You have to scroll along the categories to find the free gift section

If you are a SkyQ customer @JudyQ @Pompeychick - try this as an alternative 

take a look at the list of movies which should be showing as free - a few people.have posted the list - for example

Then go to Skystore on the website and choose your movie - IF IT SHOWS AS £0 - go ahead

Has anybody who got the email about a free film on sky store due to the issues last week actually been able to access it? No offer has appeared on sky store as stated!

If so, go to your SkyQ menu on your TV, go to Skystore, then to either Top Picks or Featured 

then look around for this tile

You are talking to other customers here, not to Sky 

if you look in the posts above yours you should see suggestions as to how you can locate  your free movie

I've posted a couple of alternatives earlier
