I have also had the same problem...no free download of a movie tile from the options. What is going on?

Is your problem that you can't locate the tile @9holly 

My earlier posts 122 and 132 suggest how to find it (providing you are a SkyQ customer )

Same thing happened with me. Went in sky store as per email searched everywhere, but no "free gift" tile. 
seems from this discussion I am not the only one to find this. 
if you are going to offer some recompense, then at least make sure it can be tajen up,. Of course no way to contact Sky to clarify.

As an alternative @Diggledave if you are a SkyQ customer- do this. 

Google a list of the free movies such as here

Then go to Skystore on the Skystore website when you are signed in  and select one of the movies on the list - and providing you see it as £0 - select it and go ahead

Came here to check I was looking at the right list of free movies, I thought it would be any movie - my 6 year old really wanted 'wicked' but the selection isn't any she would want to watch, and the ones we would watch we've already seen.

Obviously I am being ungrateful, but when I received the email I thought that's a good (we kept missing the darts when the TV was going off) thank you for the disruption and nkw feel like it's an empty gesture.

Same here no idea if you go on the TV and do it or the sky app - tried to call Sky for details but they just keep saying too busy and putting the phone down this is rubbish services.  They have sent an email saying you have a free gift but there is nothing on my sky store to suggest there is a gift when I try to chose a movie it charges me !

I go to sky store and I do not see 

"Your Sky Store gift on us'

Is this so done so you can't claim free gift.

Cannot locate the ‘Your Sky Store gift on us’ tile as mentioned in the recent email regarding outage problems last week.

Am I alone on this or is it general?
